  • Good leadership & communication skills

  • Expert in HR administration & government regulations
  • Able to manage employee relations: creativity for associates’ activities
  • Familiar with recruitment process
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Working with 1 direct subordinate
  • CSR events interest
  • Standards and ISO standards compliance knowledge is a plus
  • Able to join at the soonest
