Job Requirements:

• Have Min 2 years experience in the same position
• Excellent attitude, outgoing personality, hardworking, high motivated, good communication & able to work independently or within a team with target oriented
• Excellent leadership skills & problem solving
• Able to properly use the VHP System
• Excellent English communication skills
• Able to join immediately

2. Director of Sales – JSO

Core Works:

• Manages and oversees the sales operations
• Designing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with clients and evaluating costs to determine products pricing
• Provide professional advisory and support to General Manager in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment
• Work with other divisions to ensure guests satisfaction, process optimization and hotel’s overall profitability
• Implement strategies aimed at cost minimization, productivity maximization without reduction in standard of quality
• Monitor guest satisfaction result to identify shortfalls and remedy service issues

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Hotel Management or equivalent professional qualifications
• Have minimum 3 years experience in the same position
• Self-driven, excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
• Strong cost management, analytical and conceptualization skills
• Strong business and financial acumen to drive revenue
