About The Role (Kids Club Manager):

• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and children, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Lead and supervise a team of childcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Manage the Kids Club budget, including purchasing supplies and equipment
• Ensure the Kids Club area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all time

Your Skills & Experiences (Kids Club Manager):

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in childcare, education, or recreational settings, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
• Creativity and enthusiasm in planning and implementing children’s activities
• In-depth knowledge of child development principles and best practices in childcare
