Qualifications (Raffles Wellbeing Butler):

• A diploma in hospitality or a related field
• A minimum of one year’s experience in front office operations
• Comprehensive knowledge of butler services and etiquette
• Formal training and graduation from a recognized butler academy
• Understanding of local regulations related to hotel operations

Qualifications (Pastry Chef/Pastry Sous Chef):

• A bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, with a focus on pastry or a related field
• A minimum of three years of experience as a pastry chef (02)
• A minimum of two years of experience as a pastry sous chef (03)
• Proven experience in a luxury five-star environment
• Expertise in plated desserts and dessert buffet presentation
• Skills in bakery and chocolate work; sugar artistry is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management abilities (02)
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and training skills (02)
• A refined touch in European pastry techniques
