Job Title: Front Office Hotel (Level Coordinator)
Department : Front Office
Report to : Hotel Manager
Area Location : Sosoro Hotel, Merak, Cilegon, Banten.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operations at the front desk to ensure smooth service.
Supervise and support front office staff (receptionists).
Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Handle special requests, complaints, and incidents promptly and effectively.
Monitor guest satisfaction and suggest improvements when needed.
Oversee payment handling and daily revenue reports.

Qualification :
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or related field (e.g., Hotel Management diploma).
Additional certifications in customer service or hotel systems are a plus.
Minimum 2–3 years of front desk or hotel reception experience.
Previous experience in a supervisory or coordinator role is strongly preferred.

Skill :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage stressful situations and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
Proficient in Hotel Management software (Realta).
Fluent in English, is an advantage.

Job Title: Housekeeping Hotel (Level Coordinator)
Department : Housekeeping
Report to : Hotel Manager
Area Location : Sosoro Hotel, Merak, Cilegon, Banten.

Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and assign housekeeping tasks based on room status and staff availability.
Distribute daily work assignments to room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry staff.
Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Track room status updates in the Hotel Management System (PMS).
Coordinate special guest requests (e.g., amenities).
Serve as the central point of contact between the housekeeping department and front office.
Update the front desk about room readiness and rush requests.
Communicate maintenance issues to engineering or maintenance teams.
Maintain accurate records of lost & found, room inspections, and staff attendance.
Monitor inventory levels and support the ordering of supplies.
Assist in preparing housekeeping reports and shift handovers.

Qualification :
High school diploma degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or related field (e.g., Hotel Management diploma).
Additional certifications in housekeeping or hotel systems are a plus.
