1. DAILY WORKER – ENGINEERING

General Requirements:

• Have a background in technician, or a related field.
• Preferably has experience working in a hotel or building maintenance.
• Basic understanding of Electrical systems, Air Conditioning (AC).
• Able to use hand tools and technical equipment safely.
• Discipline, Proactive, and willing to work in a shift schedule.
• Responsible and has a positive work attitude.

2. CHIEF ENGINEER

General Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 (five) years experience in the same position (4 or 5 stars chain hotel).
• Proficient in preventive maintenance planning.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Engineering Licenses and permits.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards and safety regulations.
