Job Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizenship is required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a related role.
  • Background in a 5-star hotel or experience cooking for 200+ guests.
  • Proficient knowledge of health & safety compliance and kitchen inventory management.
  • Strong expertise in food preparation and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
