Job Requirements:
- Indonesian citizenship is required.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a related role.
- Background in a 5-star hotel or experience cooking for 200+ guests.
- Proficient knowledge of health & safety compliance and kitchen inventory management.
- Strong expertise in food preparation and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
