Career Opportunity at Sanur Resort Watujimbar – Hiring Cost Controller

Sanur Resort Watujimbar is a luxury resort located in the heart of Bali’s charming Sanur area, offering a perfect blend of traditional Balinese hospitality and modern comfort. With its stunning lagoon pool, well-appointed accommodations, and world-class dining, the resort provides an exceptional experience for both guests and employees. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Cost Controller to join our team and contribute to our financial success.

Available Position:

  • Cost Controller

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical inventories for food, beverage, and retail areas as needed.
  • Analyze product mix, margins, and guest preferences to assess revenue impact.
  • Update prices, menus, and user details in the POS system.
  • Record all food, beverage, and non-food receipts in inventory and purchasing systems.
  • Investigate unit discrepancies and price variances.
  • Update inventory requisitions in the system.
  • Assist in calculating cost of sales ratios.
  • Maintain master cost files and receipts.
  • Perform random checks on product storage and security.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in cost control, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
