General Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel engineering, with a proven track record in leadership.
• Strong problem-solving skills, quick decision-making ability, and the capability to manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Open for Indonesian citizens only.
