General Requirements:
- Strong background in hospitality sales, preferably in serviced residences or hotels.
- Proven track record in achieving revenue and sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
