About the Role:

The Director of Talent and Culture is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of talent and culture within the organization. This includes implementing AccorHotels’ philosophy of creating an environment where each team member feels recognized and valued for their contribution. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading all elements of the Talent Journey, including Employer Branding, Recruitment & Selection, Induction & Onboarding, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.
• Managing Talent Potential Identification, Career Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Policies & Procedures, and Compensation & Benefits.
• Supporting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and fostering team engagement through collaboration and coaching.
• Ensuring alignment with Accor’s 5-star and luxury brand standards.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience in 5-star and luxury hospitality brands is highly desirable.
• A demonstrated commitment to teamwork and leadership development.
