Requirements:

• Good appearance and professional demeanor
• Minimum 2 years of experience at a supervisory level or 1 year in a similar position
• Familiar with emergency procedures and proficient in the night audit process
• Highly motivated with excellent upselling skills
• Fluent in English (both oral and written) – mandatory requirement
• Strong guest interaction and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Creative, dynamic, friendly, and energetic
• Able to drive a car and possess a valid driving license
• Familiar with VHP system
• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality
