Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Business Management (1,3,4), Psychology/Human Resources (2), IT/Information Systems/Computer Science (5), or a related major.
• Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Management, or Tourism (8,9,10).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Expertise in accounting, sales, human development, and restaurant/hotel management (1).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High achiever with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta and willing to be based in Prambanan, Yogyakarta.
