• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.

Resort Host

• Ensure all guest details and pre-arrival preparations are completed in advance.
• Coordinate villa readiness, transfers, and guest greeting at the ferry terminal.
• Maintain villa cleanliness and high operational standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office systems and guest services.
• Familiarity with hotel and hospitality operations.
