Requirements:

• Experience in a five-star luxury boutique or remote island resort.
• 5+ years of experience in F&B leadership roles.
• Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly operations.
• Preferred: Multilingual (French or Spanish), experience with Indonesian teams.
