Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position for managerial roles; 1 year for operational roles.
  • Minimum Diploma in any major (Sales & Marketing roles).
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics for IT Supervisor.
  • Minimum SMK/SMA for operational roles.
  • Familiarity with hotel systems (applicable to IT, FB, and Sales teams).
  • Gada Pratama certification for Security Guard.
  • SIM A (Driving License) certification for Belldriver.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good relationship management with government and corporate sectors (Sales & Marketing roles).
  • Must be able to join immediately.
