Job Requirements:

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the same position within an international hotel chain.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Exemplifies a positive, professional attitude and integrity at all times.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Competency in administration, computer systems, and PMS (VHP).
• Strong ability to anticipate and fulfill the needs of high-end clientele.
• Experience in handling VIP guests and resolving complaints professionally.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team.
• Experience in room inventory management and occupancy optimization.
• Familiarity with upselling techniques to increase revenue.
• A detail-oriented and passionate mindset, ensuring an unforgettable guest experience.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
