Position Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related culinary leadership role.
• Advanced culinary skills, including food preparation, flavor pairings, and expert cooking techniques.
• Strong ability to develop unique recipes and maintain menu consistency.
• Expertise in HACCP Standard Kitchen Operations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills to guide and supervise the culinary team.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Indonesian citizens.
