Executive Chef, Sous Chef at Swiss-Belhotel Sorong

Swiss-Belhotel Sorong in West Papua is currently seeking qualified individuals for the following positions:

  1. Executive Chef
  2. Sous Chef

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position within an international hotel chain.
  • Expertise in both Western and Asian cuisines.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Creativity and innovation in food presentation.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
