Swiss-Belhotel Sorong in West Papua is currently seeking qualified individuals for the following positions:
- Executive Chef
- Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position within an international hotel chain.
- Expertise in both Western and Asian cuisines.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Creativity and innovation in food presentation.
- Team-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
