About the Role:

  • Perform Front Office operations under the guidance of the Front Office Manager.
  • Provide outstanding guest service throughout their stay.
  • Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, following internal procedures.

Skills & Experience:

  • Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
  • Computer literacy, including Windows, PMS, Hotix, Tars.
  • Strong aptitude for new technologies and guest service excellence.
