About the Role:
- Perform Front Office operations under the guidance of the Front Office Manager.
- Provide outstanding guest service throughout their stay.
- Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, following internal procedures.
Skills & Experience:
- Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
- Computer literacy, including Windows, PMS, Hotix, Tars.
- Strong aptitude for new technologies and guest service excellence.
