Qualifications:

  • – Proven experience as CDP or similar role
  • – Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
  • – Knowledge about hygiene & HACCP
  • – Good understanding of menu engineering
  • – Quality management & quality control
  • – Good ethic and professional attitude
  • – Understanding to manage a team and operational
  • – Strong in food management and administration
