Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of UU Ketenagakerjaan (Indonesian labor law).
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
  • Detail-oriented, dynamic, and a team player.
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
