We are currently looking for talented and motivated candidate for following position:

1. Cluster Revenue Manager
2. Front Office Host – Daily Worker
3. Bell Driver – Daily Worker

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel revenue management. (1)
• Experience in Front Office operations at hospitality field. (2,3)
• Proven experience with PMS systems (e.g. Opera Cloud, Fidelio). (1)
• Good communication skills, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. (2,3)
• Skilled in e-commerce/channel manager platforms (e.g SiteMinder, STAAH, OTA, extranets). (1)
• Professional appearance, good customer service, and ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. (2,3)
• Strong in data analysis, forecasting, and pricing strategy. (1)
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and revenue management systems (IDeaS, Duetto, etc.). (1)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills. (1) (2,3)
• Experience handling multi-property (cluster) is a plus. (1)
