• Area Supervisor (Staff)

Job Description:

As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the outlet to ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience. You will lead and coordinate the team, manage daily operations, ensure quality control, and maintain brand standards across all areas of service and product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the outlet including service, kitchen, and bar.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering excellent service.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and health & safety regulations.
• Train, coach, and motivate staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Analyze operational performance and report to management with improvement strategies.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to drive revenue.
• Ensure the outlet is well-maintained and compliant with all regulations.
• Schedule and manage staffing to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts.

Key Requirements

• Domiciled in Bali, with a strong understanding of local hospitality and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple outlets(minimum 3), including operational and team supervision.
• Experienced in manning control, scheduling, and staff performance management.
• Familiar with VHP systemor other hospitality POS/management software.
• Background in café, coffee shop, or F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
