Our property management service is a full-suite and 5* experiences for villa guests at Pecatu
MAZARI VILLAS, a new luxury villas at Pecatu – Bali will be opening soon and inviting passionate, dynamic, mature, and professional people to be part of the team to fill the following positions:

1. E-Commerce/Revenue Analyst
2. Reservation

Requirements:
-Having minimum 2 years experiences in the same role in luxury property. (1&2)
-Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques. (1)
-Advanced knowledge of revenue management systems (e.g., RMS, VHP) and familiarity with hotel booking systems and channels. (1)
-Familiarity with hospitality industry trends, competitive landscape, and distribution channels. (1)
-Respond promptly and courteously to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels. (2)
-Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. (2)
-Proactively upsell additional services, room upgrades, and amenities to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue. (2)
