Located in the vibrant heart of Seminyak, Origin Seminyak is currently looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven individual to join our team as a: Guest Service Agent (Front Office).

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented team player who is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences with a warm and professional attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Well-versed in standard operating procedures, working efficiently with accuracy and care
  • Strong working knowledge of housekeeping, accounting, F&B operations, reservations, and guest relations
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience as a Concierge is a plus
  • Priority will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately
