Requirement:

Chef
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef
• Extensive knowledge of different types of food, recipes, and cooking techniques
• Overseas experience and international perspective will be preferred
• Having experience in a pre-opening team would be a plus
• Willing to relocate to Nusa Penida, Bali

Supervisor
• Minimum 3 years of experience as supervisor at hospitality industries
• Extensive knowledge in leading Tourism management operation
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• Multi talent preferred
• Assist all other team members as needed

Bartender
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender
• Extensive knowledge of different types of alcohol, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Waitress & Waiter
• Minimum 1 years of experience in restaurant
• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
• Strong understanding of high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
• Excellent knowledge of menu items
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

RUNNER
• Minimum 1 years of experience from Beach Club/Restaurant
• Good personality, positive attitude, smart grooming and hard working
• Enjoys working as a part of a high performing team, has a friendly & professional demeanor
• Understands a Beach Club environment & etiquette (clean & neat appearance)
• Abel to join us immediately
