EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF

General Requirements:
• Strong creative culinary skills
• Exceptional team management and leadership skills
• In depth knowledge of kitchen operations
• Understanding of safety and sanitation regulations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a hands on kitchen environment
• Confidence to communicate directly with guests
• A minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in a five star setting
