Job Requirements:

• Diploma degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry for managerial roles.
• Fluency in Japanese is required for GRO – Japanese Speaker.
• Strong guest engagement and communication skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• High energy, professional attitude, and a passion for hospitality.
