Requirements:

  • Chef de Cuisine & Sous Chef: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
  • Proven expertise in menu planning, kitchen operations, and high-quality food presentation.
  • Ability to lead a team, manage kitchen efficiency, and ensure food safety compliance.
  • General Cashier & Cost Control: Background in finance, cost control, or accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and financial reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
