Requirements:
- Diploma degree from a culinary school, hotel, or restaurant management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 5-star hotel.
- Proficiency in menu development, cost control, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Extensive knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards, as well as HACCP policies and procedures.
- Proven expertise in Mediterranean cuisine.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop kitchen team members.
- Positive attitude, service-oriented, passionate, professional, with a dynamic personality.
