Spa & Wellbeing Manager and Wellness Experience Coordinator Positions at Raffles Bali

To enhance its wellness and spa team, Raffles Bali is looking for passionate professionals to join in the following roles.

Available Positions:

  1. Spa & Wellbeing Manager

    • Lead and oversee luxury spa operations at Raffles Bali.
    • Manage The Shop, Fitness Center, and overall Wellness programs.
    • Develop world-class wellness experiences for resort guests.

  2. Wellness Experience Coordinator

    • Support the Spa & Wellbeing Manager in daily operations.
    • Organize and oversee Fitness & Wellness areas, including Tennis Court activities.
    • Assist in ensuring guests receive exceptional wellness treatments.

 

General Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Wellness Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality role.
  • Expertise in luxury Spa Management (for Spa & Wellbeing Manager).
  • Yoga expertise and spa therapy experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for holistic wellness, fitness, and five-star hospitality.
  • Certification in Beauty & Spa Therapy is preferred.
  • Experience in luxury five-star resorts is required.
