Our intimate eatery, exclusively for in-house guests, will offer a delightful culinary journey featuring locally sourced ingredients and creative specials curated by you.

Job Description:

As a Chef/Eatery Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our 12-seat eatery, bar, and kitchen operations. Your main duties will include:

• Crafting seasonal specials that showcase the best of local flavors and ingredients.
• Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards of taste and presentation.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the eatery, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
• Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests, providing excellent service at the bar and dining area.
• Training and supervising a minimal kitchen and serving staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef or Eatery Manager in a similar setting, with a strong culinary background.
• Proficiency in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and a keen eye for detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Indonesian Nationals, based in Bali.
