The Sanchaya, a gorgeous uber luxury beachfront estate in Bintan island, Riau archipelago, is looking for a passionate and dynamic:

1. Director of Sales & Marketing

Key of responsibilities:

  • Direct leadership of the sales and marketing team
  • Design, implement and facilitate the annual marketing plan for the hotel
  • Manage the hotel sales contracts and achievement of the hotel revenue plan
  • Drive sales activities to boost revenue to the estate through identified market segments
  • Develop relationships with relevant travel partners
  • Responsible for driving awareness and revenue through relevant marketing activities including developing strong luxury partnership and events per estate’s positioning

It is desirable if you have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position in a luxury 5 star hotel or resort
