Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role within an international hotel chain
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Professional attitude, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Strong administrative and computer skills, with proficiency in PMS (VHP)
  • Leadership, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills (1 & 2)
  • Excellent communication skills and guest service mindset
