Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain networks, particularly with travel agents and corporate clients (for Duty Manager).
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (for Duty Manager).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic and result-driven personality.
  • Teamwork oriented.
  • Ability to communicate well in English.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs.
  • Honest with a positive attitude.
  • Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
