We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Guest Service Attendant to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding guest service with professionalism and sincerity.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently.
  • Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere in all guest interactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a high level of attentiveness and patience while handling guest needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position (Hotel background preferred).
  • Diploma 1 or higher in a relevant field.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
  • Possesses a patient, humble, and service-driven personality.
  • Excellent teamwork, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Available for immediate employment.
