Job Responsibilities:

Mandarin Guest Relation

• Welcome and assist Mandarin-speaking guests with personalized service.
• Provide concierge assistance, including reservations and local recommendations.
• Act as a cultural liaison, ensuring smooth communication between guests and hotel teams.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the hotel’s services and facilities.

Spa Therapist

• Deliver high-quality spa treatments tailored to guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of spa treatment rooms and equipment.
• Ensure guest relaxation and satisfaction through excellent service.
• Recommend suitable spa treatments based on guest preferences.
• Follow health and safety protocols to maintain spa standards.

Job Requirements:

• For Mandarin Guest Relation: Fluency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
• For Spa Therapist: Certified in massage therapy or spa treatments.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards.
