General Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and reservation platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and guest-handling skills.
  • Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to join immediately.

Role-Specific Responsibilities

Concierge / GSA (Guest Service Agent):

  • Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out, and handle inquiries.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and arrange guest activities, tours, and dining experiences.
  • Manage guest requests efficiently, ensuring a smooth and luxurious stay.

Front Office:

  • Handle guest reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage room availability.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly.

Front Office Supervisor (Male):

  • Lead the Front Office team, ensuring smooth daily operations and high service standards.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to maintain professional excellence.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.

Reservation:

  • Manage hotel bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reservation processes.
  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone and email, offering tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize occupancy and revenue.
