Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities for managerial and supervisory roles.
  • Proficiency in hospitality systems and operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Role-Specific Responsibilities

Butler:

  • Deliver personalized and anticipatory service to high-profile guests.
  • Manage guest preferences, ensuring seamless experiences.
  • Coordinate with all departments to fulfill special requests.
  • Maintain the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Assistant Guest Service Center Manager:

  • Oversee the Guest Service Center, ensuring prompt and efficient guest communication.
  • Monitor and improve call handling, guest inquiries, and service request resolution.
  • Lead and train the Guest Services team to uphold Ritz-Carlton standards.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to enhance guest experiences.

Front Desk Supervisor:

  • Supervise front office operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Manage and support front desk associates in delivering exceptional service.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards.
  • Monitor reservation systems, guest accounts, and room assignments.
