Position: Guest Relations Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Front Office/Guest Relations within a 5-star luxury resort.
  • Proven skill in VIP arrival preparation, personalization, and service recovery.
  • Hands-on leadership with the ability to coach, roster, and evaluate team performance.
  • Strong communication and guest engagement skills; confident in handling complaints and escalations.
  • Working knowledge of PMS (e.g., Opera) and luxury brand standards.
