Position: Guest Relations Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Front Office/Guest Relations within a 5-star luxury resort.
- Proven skill in VIP arrival preparation, personalization, and service recovery.
- Hands-on leadership with the ability to coach, roster, and evaluate team performance.
- Strong communication and guest engagement skills; confident in handling complaints and escalations.
- Working knowledge of PMS (e.g., Opera) and luxury brand standards.
