Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hotel’s operations during assigned shifts, acting as the Manager on Duty.
- Ensure all departments are operating smoothly and maintaining luxury service standards.
- Handle guest escalations and emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support the Front Office team during peak check-in and check-out times.
- Conduct property rounds to ensure safety, security, and brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations, particularly Front Office and Security.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays in Surabaya.
