Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Manage reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Operate the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS) and telephone switchboard.
- Collaborate with other departments, especially Housekeeping, to ensure guest needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent.
- Familiar with hotel PMS (e.g., VHP, Opera).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- A professional, welcoming attitude and appearance.
- Pre-opening experience is a plus.
