Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Manage reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records.
• Operate the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS) and telephone switchboard.
• Collaborate with other departments, especially Housekeeping, to ensure guest needs are met.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent.
• Familiar with hotel PMS (e.g., VHP, Opera).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• A professional, welcoming attitude and appearance.
• Pre-opening experience is a plus.
