Position: Sous Chef (Japanese Cuisine)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing the daily operations of the Japanese kitchen
- Supervise food preparation and ensure adherence to recipes and standards
- Monitor kitchen hygiene and safety practices
- Oversee stock levels and order supplies as needed
- Provide guidance and training to junior chefs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a Japanese restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques and ingredients
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented and passionate about food quality
- Indonesian Nationals only due to work permit limitations
