Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Front Office Manager
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in VHP or similar PMS
  • Excellent guest relation and complaint handling skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
