Position: Banquet Manager
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all banquet operations to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales and culinary teams to manage event logistics and menu requirements.
- Manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and inventory control for banquet supplies.
- Lead and mentor the banquet service team, conducting regular training on service standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or a related field of study.
- Minimum of three years experience in a similar leadership role in a five star hotel.
