Position: Digital Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the digital marketing department to maximize the resort’s online presence and revenue.
  • Develop comprehensive digital strategies for brand awareness and direct bookings.
  • Oversee the management of OTAs and distribution channels to ensure rate parity.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and optimize spend across all platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Manager in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a digital team.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and e-commerce distribution channels.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of the Bali hospitality market and digital trends.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on business growth.
