Position: Digital Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital marketing department to maximize the resort’s online presence and revenue.
- Develop comprehensive digital strategies for brand awareness and direct bookings.
- Oversee the management of OTAs and distribution channels to ensure rate parity.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and optimize spend across all platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Digital Manager in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a digital team.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and e-commerce distribution channels.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong understanding of the Bali hospitality market and digital trends.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on business growth.
