Position: F&B Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new F&B business including catering, groups, and restaurant events.
- Develop creative F&B packages and promotions to drive outlet and banquet revenue.
- Manage relationships with corporate clients and social event planners for F&B leads.
- Analyze market trends in the local dining scene to optimize sales strategies.
- Coordinate with outlet managers to ensure event requirements are delivered seamlessly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years experience in F&B sales or marketing within a five star hotel.
- Strong network within the Surabaya corporate and events market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design compelling event solutions.
- Highly motivated with a target driven mindset and proactive approach.
- Fluency in English is essential for client interactions and reporting.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management preferred.
