Position: Catering Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for all catering related products
- Include box catering, outside catering services, corporate meal packages, event catering, and customized food solutions
- Identify new market opportunities, conduct market research, and pursue partnerships with corporate clients
- Pursue partnerships with government institutions, schools, hospitals, event organizers, and community groups
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in catering sales and business development within hotels

- Excellent networking and negotiation skills with corporate and institutional clients
- Creative mindset to develop customized food solutions for different market segments
- Indonesian citizenship required due to work permit restrictions
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach to sales and market research
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
