Position: Sales Manager – Reactive
Responsibilities:
- Handle and process incoming inquiries for groups, meetings, and events promptly.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and contracts for potential clients.
- Coordinate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure event requirements are delivered.
- Manage client relationships through the booking process and ensure high conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a reactive sales or events management role within hotels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Customer focused attitude with a commitment to professional service.
- Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude toward achieving sales goals.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management preferred.
